A quick guide for buyers and sellers: purchases, sales, disputes, and safety.

Buying

  • Choose a product in the catalog or find it via search/request.
  • Click "Buy" and the amount is reserved in secure escrow.
  • Receive credentials/key in the order and confirm everything works.
  • After confirmation, funds are released to the seller.

Selling

  • Create a listing: add title, price, description, and attach images/files.
  • Wait for moderation (for sensitive categories). Status is shown in your dashboard.
  • Receive orders, communicate in chat, and transfer credentials via a protected channel.
  • After buyer confirmation, funds become available for withdrawal.

Chat and security

  • Each order has a buyer-seller chat visible to admins.
  • Auto-moderation removes external contacts, blocks violators, and notifies moderators.
  • An admin can manually resolve disputes and review message history.

Requests and auctions

  • A buyer can submit a request for a product not listed in the catalog.
  • Sellers offer their options and prices.
  • All request deals go through the internal escrow system.

Disputes

  • If the product is not as expected or there is an issue, open a dispute in the order.
  • An admin joins the chat and reviews evidence (videos/screenshots).
  • If the decision favors the buyer, funds are returned to balance instantly.

Balance and payouts

  • Top up via cards, crypto, and e-wallets.
  • Funds are reserved at the moment of purchase.
  • Seller withdrawals are available after deal completion.

Deals use escrow: funds are reserved until confirmation.

External contacts in chat are blocked automatically.

Admins can review message history and intervene in disputes.
