Platform Rules

1. General Rules
1.1. These Platform Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") establish the procedure for using the Interzone platform and regulate the behavior of all users.
1.2. By registering and using the Platform, users automatically accept these Rules and agree to comply with them.
1.3. The Platform administration reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time with prior notice to users.
2. User Registration and Verification
2.1. Registration on the Platform is available to individuals over 18 years of age or legal entities.
2.2. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.3. The Platform may require identity verification for certain operations.
2.4. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1. Strictly Prohibited:
- Sale or purchase of illegal goods and services
- Fraudulent activities and scams
- Distribution of malicious software or viruses
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Spam and unsolicited advertising
- Harassment and threats to other users
- Attempting to hack or disrupt Platform operation
- Use of bots and automated systems without permission
3.2. Users found violating these rules will have their accounts suspended or permanently blocked.
4. Rules for Buyers
4.1. Purchase Rules:
- Carefully review product descriptions before purchase
- Use only verified payment methods
- Do not attempt to circumvent Platform security
- Report suspicious offers to support
4.2. Dispute Rules:
- Disputes can be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide detailed evidence when filing complaints
- Cooperate with the dispute resolution process
- Accept final decisions of the Platform administration
5. Rules for Sellers
5.1. Product Rules:
- Provide accurate and complete product descriptions
- Ensure products meet stated quality standards
- Deliver products within specified timeframes
- Honor all guarantees and warranties
- Do not inflate prices or mislead buyers
5.2. Seller Obligations:
- Maintain high rating through quality service
- Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
- Resolve disputes fairly and quickly
- Comply with Platform commission policies
- Keep contact information up to date
6. Transaction Rules
6.1. All transactions are processed through the Platform's secure payment system.
6.2. Funds are held in escrow until successful transaction completion.
6.3. The Platform charges a commission for successful transactions.
6.4. Users cannot circumvent the Platform's payment system.
7. Communication Rules
7.1. Users must communicate respectfully and professionally.
7.2. Prohibited: insults, threats, discrimination, spam.
7.3. All communication through Platform channels is recorded.
7.4. Support requests must be submitted through official channels.
8. Content Rules
8.1. Users are responsible for all content they publish on the Platform.
8.2. Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal or harmful materials
- Pornographic or obscene content
- Hate speech and extremist materials
- False information and misleading content
8.3. The Platform reserves the right to remove prohibited content.
9. Account Security
9.1. Users must use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
9.2. Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
9.3. Do not share account credentials with third parties.
9.4. The Platform is not responsible for losses due to user negligence.
10. Sanctions for Violations
10.1. Warning System:
- First violation: written warning
- Second violation: temporary suspension
- Third violation: permanent ban
10.2. Serious Violations:
- Fraud (Scam, money laundering): immediate permanent ban and destruction of all balance funds to compensate system damages.
- Hacking attempts: permanent ban and destruction of funds.
- Sale of illegal goods: permanent ban and account deletion.
- Inactivity Policy: If a user does not log in for more than 365 consecutive days, their account balance will be burned to zero.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Users can appeal decisions through the support system.
11.2. Appeals must be submitted within 7 days of the decision.
11.3. Final decisions are made by the Platform administration.
12. Changes to Rules
12.1. The Platform can modify these Rules with 7 days notice.
12.2. Users will be notified of changes via email or Platform notifications.
12.3. Continued use means acceptance of new rules.
