Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the Interzone platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), located at https://interzone.pro, and the user of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
By using the Platform, you unconditionally accept all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, immediately stop using the Platform.
1. Definitions
1.1. Interzone (Platform) — A digital marketplace platform for secure buying and selling of digital goods and services, including website, API, mobile applications and all related services.
1.2. User — A natural or legal person using the Platform as a buyer, seller or otherwise.
1.3. Personal Account — A protected area of the Platform accessible after authorization, containing personal data, statistics and management tools.
1.4. Balance — User's virtual account in the Platform system, reflecting available funds.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Platform provides services for buying and selling digital goods and services between Users.
2.2. The Platform acts as an intermediary and does not own the goods offered for sale.
2.3. The Platform provides secure payment processing and dispute resolution services.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. User Rights:
- Use all Platform functions in accordance with this Agreement
- Receive accurate information about goods and services
- Contact support for dispute resolution
- Receive refunds in case of justified claims
3.2. User Obligations:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Comply with Platform rules and applicable laws
- Not engage in fraudulent activities
- Respect other users' rights
- Use the Platform only for its intended purpose
4. Payment Terms
4.1. All transactions are processed through secure payment systems.
4.2. Funds are held in escrow until successful completion of the transaction.
4.3. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after dispute resolution.
4.4. The Platform charges a commission for successful transactions.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. Users can initiate disputes within 24 hours after transaction completion.
5.2. The Platform acts as an impartial mediator in dispute resolution.
5.3. Decisions are made based on provided evidence and Platform rules.
5.4. Refunds are issued only in case of proven seller fault.
6. Liability
6.1. The Platform is not responsible for actions of Users violating applicable laws.
6.2. The Platform is not liable for indirect damages and lost profits.
6.3. Maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount.
6.4. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts.
7. Termination of Agreement
7.1. Users can terminate their account at any time.
7.2. The Platform can suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
7.3. Funds are returned within 30 days after account termination.
8. Amendments to the Agreement
8.1. The Platform can amend this Agreement with 30 days notice.
8.2. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
8.3. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
9. Applicable Law
9.1. This Agreement is governed by applicable law.
9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or court.
9.3. The Platform strives to resolve all issues amicably.
