Before purchase and first launch

A practical MailBot setup guide, from preparing your computer to account checking and automation. Start with one provider and a small test, review the result, then scale up. Features, CAPTCHA and SMS requirements vary by provider; follow its rules.

How do I run MailBot on Windows, Linux or MacOS?

Windows runs MailBot natively without extra frameworks. Linux and MacOS need Wine or a Windows virtual machine, such as Parallels. The Wine example installs winetricks gdiplus first. Compatibility varies. Recommended screen height: 640 px or more at 100% scaling.

How do I update MailBot and choose a thread count?

Extract into a writable folder. Back up MailBot.ini and move it into the updated folder to restore settings. Start with few threads; increase them based on test results and resource usage. Parallel instances share computer resources.

How should I prepare proxies for email providers?

Use host:port:login:password or socks5://login:password@host:port; URI credentials need URL-encoded special characters. MailBot supports IPv4 and IPv4–IPv6, not pure IPv6. Prefer SOCKS4/5, or HTTP(S) when required. Verify access to your provider and keep the IP stable throughout one registration: per-request rotation breaks the session. Remove failing proxies before the main run.

How do I configure CAPTCHA and control extra costs?

On the CAPTCHA tab, select a compatible API, enter your key and check the solver balance. Each service supports particular challenge types, so test a small batch first. Align result-wait and network timeouts. There is no built-in manual CAPTCHA entry. Solver fees are separate from the license; proxy failures may increase costs. Keep API keys private.

When is SMS required and how do I connect a number service?

Phone verification depends on the email provider and may change. Configure a supported API on the Phone tab; check balance, country and available numbers. ESMSOutOfNumbers means the API has no matching number, even if its website lists stock. Built-in reuse of one number for multiple registrations is unavailable. SMS fees are separate; test the complete workflow first.

How do I build usernames or import my own list?

The Profile template builder combines names, birth years, random letters or digits and valid separators. %FILE*C:\MailBot\Dic\logins.txt*% reads a list sequentially, one username per line. An empty template uses default generation. Use Test before starting; generated names exceeding the provider’s length limit are shortened.

How do I check existing accounts and enable mail protocols?

Select the matching provider and load login@domain:password; a semicolon separator is also accepted. The checker tests web sign-in, not address existence or email delivery. Enable supported mail-protocol options before checking the list. A sign-in CAPTCHA triggers proxy switching; protocol-activation CAPTCHA may be solved. Use only accounts you are authorized to access.

How do I automate startup and export results?

MailBot supports command-line control, not an HTTP control API or web server. MailBot.exe /start:checker /f:profile.ini /cl starts the checker with separate settings and closes the app when processing stops. Use /start:creator for account creation. Successfully created accounts can be exported to your server through an HTTP webhook; protect transmitted credentials.

Which keyboard shortcuts are useful?

F1 shows license information; Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L changes language. Ctrl+1…9 open Provider, Creator, Checker, Proxy, CAPTCHA, Phone, Recovery email, Export and Email features. Ctrl+0 opens dictionaries; Ctrl+− Profile; Ctrl+= Options; Ctrl+` Statistics. In CAPTCHA, Phone and Recovery-email lists: Enter edits, + adds, Delete removes, and Ctrl+↑/↓ moves a row.

How do I connect CapMonster and check compatibility?

Local CapMonster can intercept compatible CAPTCHA-API requests. For a separate server, enter its IP:port as the API domain. If an allowed-key list is enabled, MailBot’s key must be on it. Specify nonstandard ports explicitly and align read/result timeouts. Desktop CapMonster and CapMonster Cloud are different products; old add-ons do not guarantee support for current challenges.

What should I do about timeouts, failures or dictionary issues?

Check updates, selected provider and manual sign-in. EIdConnectTimeout/EIdReadTimeout concern network waits: baseline 20,000 ms; Outlook registration responses need at least 60 seconds. Dictionaries require UTF-8/16/32 with BOM. Report recurring failures with a redacted log, version and reproduction steps.

What if I change computers or my HardwareID changes?

Open license details with F1 or “?”. Send support your previous serial number, new HardwareID and reason; never post them publicly. Transfer requires support confirmation. Preserve settings and results.

Can I share my license with colleagues?

The license is personal and cannot be transferred to other people. Read the license agreement before purchasing.

Does it support every email provider?

No. Features depend on the provider; Gmail is not supported. Explore the services and registration domains in the top section of this page.
