Recommendations for reducing the risk of bans and other restrictions:

• Logging in from an IP address matching the registration region reduces the risk of additional checks. Avoid suspicious/public IPs; use verified residential proxies and an anti-detect browser.
• Warm up the accounts: send and receive several test emails, set up signatures, filters, and auto-replies — the behavior should look natural.
• Check POP3/IMAP/SMTP functionality in one mail client before mass connections.
• Do not launch mass mailings or automated scripts without preliminary testing.
• Do not violate the rules of the Web.de service.

And do not forget about behavioral factors. Act like a regular user, not like an automated system. And remember, do not use emails for fraud or deception — this is illegal.
