Recommendations for reducing the risk of bans and other restrictions:

• Logging in from an IP address matching the registration region reduces the risk of additional checks. Avoid suspicious/public IPs. Use only clean and verified proxies, as well as an anti-detect browser.
• Warm up the account for 2–5 days: perform basic actions, visit YouTube, Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Translate, and other services; put likes, write comments, read emails in Gmail, use Google Search, open settings, and enable browser and activity history.
• Do not start active work immediately. Warm up and set up the profile for your tasks for at least the first 3–5 days. Do not run automation without warming up.
• Avoid sudden activity spikes. Do not make major changes immediately after login. It is better to change the password, recovery email, phone number, or avatar one parameter per day, not all at once.
• Do not connect the account to suspicious apps, bots, or services during the first days. Avoid activity spikes and automation until the warm-up is complete.
  When working with YouTube, do not publish many videos immediately and do not perform mass actions without first adapting the account to the new environment.
• Do not violate Google rules: do not use accounts for spam, boosting, illegal software, phishing, or other prohibited actions.

And do not forget about behavioral factors. Act like a regular user, not like a bot or marketer. And remember, do not use the account for fraud or deception - this is illegal.
