Before purchasing: review the description and included items. Start a screen recording and record the purchase, receipt of the data, and initial check without pauses or editing.

Getting started: first check mailbox access and stated features immediately after receiving the data, before making any changes.

If you discover a problem: you may open an order dispute within the warranty period and attach evidence. If there is no video and no other sufficient evidence, we may refuse a refund or replacement in accordance with the platform rules.

Recommendations to reduce the risk of bans and other restrictions:

• Logging in from the IP of the registration region reduces the risk of additional checks. Avoid suspicious/public IPs. Use only clean and trusted proxies, as well as an anti-detect browser.
• Warm up the email account manually: add contacts, set up a signature, enable forwarding and filters, check settings.
• Do not start active mailing or use in mass services immediately after purchase. Warm up the email for 3–5 days.
• Avoid sudden changes and spikes in activity. Change parameters gradually.
• When working via SMTP, follow service limits and sending frequency.
• Do not violate GMX service rules.

And don’t forget about behavioral factors. Act like a regular user, not like a bot or a marketer. And remember, do not use the account for fraud or deception - it is illegal.
