Recommendations to reduce the risk of blocking and other restrictions:

• Signing in from an IP address in the registration region reduces the risk of additional checks. Avoid suspicious/public IP addresses. Use only clean, verified proxies and an anti-detect browser.
• Do not repeat failed login attempts. If an error, verification request or temporary restriction appears, stop and follow the service’s prompts.
• Connect mail clients one at a time: set up one client and make sure the connection works before adding the others.
• Change account details through the service settings. Use the standard process to change the password and verification methods. After each change, make sure access is retained.
• Use the mailbox for its intended purpose and follow Microsoft’s service usage rules. Do not send spam, phishing emails or malicious attachments.

And do not forget about behavioral factors. Act like a regular user, not a bot or marketer. And remember, do not use the account for fraud or deception - it is illegal.
