Before purchase: read the description and package contents. Start a screen recording and record the purchase, receipt of the credentials and the first check without pauses or editing.

Getting started: first check access to the mailbox and the stated characteristics immediately after receipt, before changing any details.

If you find a problem: within the warranty period, you may open a dispute for the order and attach evidence. If neither video nor other sufficient evidence is available, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement in accordance with the marketplace rules.

Recommendations to reduce the risk of blocking and other restrictions:

• Signing in from an IP address in the registration region reduces the risk of additional checks. Avoid suspicious/public IP addresses. Use only clean, verified proxies and an anti-detect browser.
• Use the email account for its intended purpose. Use only the mailbox functions stated in the product. Avoid spam and bulk repetitive emails.
• Change details through the service's settings. Change passwords and verification methods using the standard process. After each change, make sure access is retained.
• Do not violate GMX service rules.

And do not forget about behavioral factors. Act like a regular user, not a bot or marketer. And remember, do not use the account for fraud or deception - it is illegal.
