Before purchase: read the description and included items. Start a screen recording and record the purchase, receipt of the data and first check without pauses or editing.

Getting started: first check the profile and stated features — immediately after receiving the data, before changing anything.

If you find a problem: within the warranty period, you can open a dispute for the order and attach evidence. Without video and other sufficient evidence, we may refuse a refund or replacement in accordance with the marketplace rules.

Recommendations for reducing the risk of bans and other restrictions:

• Maintain a stable connection. Logging in from an IP in the registration region may reduce the likelihood of additional checks. Avoid IP addresses with a questionable reputation, public proxies, frequent changes of connection country and simultaneous logins from different devices. Use trusted proxies and a consistent account profile in an anti-detect browser.
• Do not repeat unsuccessful login attempts. If an error, verification request or temporary restriction appears, stop and follow the service's prompts. Use the suggested verification method; if it is unavailable, record the service's message and contact the seller.
• Increase activity gradually. Browse the feed, leave 2–5 likes a day, publish posts, add people you know as friends, and reply to stories and messages. Avoid repetitive actions and mass messaging.
• Do not start intensive work immediately. Spend the first 3–5 days gradually building activity and setting up the profile for your needs. Introduce automation after this initial period.
• Change account data in stages. Make planned changes to the password, email, phone number and 2FA gradually — for example, one item per day. After each change, make sure that account access is preserved and verification methods work.
• Follow Facebook's rules. Do not publish prohibited content or use the account for spam or artificial engagement.

Take behavioral factors into account. Act like a regular user, not a bot. Remember: do not use the account for fraud or deception — it is illegal.
