ElevenLabs accounts with credits: what to check before buying

Before paying for an ElevenLabs listing, establish what it includes: account access, an active subscription, or a stated amount of generation capacity. A credit figure in the title does not tell you everything you need to know.

Check the plan and the credits

Ask the seller for the current plan, available balance and its expiry date. Check which tools are included and how your intended type of generation uses credits. Two accounts with the same balance may offer different amounts of usable work.

Before paying, ask:

• What will be delivered, and is access to the linked email included?
• Is the subscription active, and when does the paid period end?
• Is the balance a monthly allowance or separately purchased credits?
• Which usage conditions and license apply to your work?
• What does the seller's warranty cover if access fails on delivery?

Compare the answers with the specific listing. Resolve unclear terms in the seller chat before ordering.

Check ElevenLabs' own conditions

The ElevenLabs terms for Europe restrict transfers of prepaid credits. A balance shown in an account does not establish that another person may receive those credits. Check the conditions relevant to the listing and your region.

Compare with a direct subscription when it matters
